This is amazing @pikax! Is there anything you need from our end to get this PR ready for merge? I think what you have in here is a great start and I'd love to get this out to the community sooner rather than later if possible!

@bencodezen still need to write a few more things, since I'm adding some types that do not exist, it might need to wait until https://github.com/vuejs/core/pull/9556 is merged, we might be able to extract some of the information that is not directly related with the PR
