Cookbook has disapeared

Vue 3 cookbook is not available anymore.

I was looking for debugging-in-vscode.md, but never mind I found it in branch new-project-faq : https://github.com/vuejs/docs/blob/new-project-faq/src/cookbook/debugging-in-vscode.md

Although it would be great to add it again into main

@ggjulio thank you for reporting the issue! Most of the articles in the old cookbook were outdated and needed a rewrite. We plan to add the cookbook back after updating entries there.

I miss the Cookbook, too! One cookbook-type resouce is https://vuejs.org/examples/, but it is rather rough compared with the elegance of the old cookbook.
