devtools 7.7.7 on Firefox 139.04 on macOS 15.5 does not show scrollbars

In the latest devtools, on the latest Firefox on the latest macOS, if I navigate to the "Components" and select a component for inspection, the inspection pane on the right side has no scrollbar. If I select and drag, I can scroll the window that way. I have no scroll wheel on my mouse, so I don't know if that would also scroll the pane. The left component selection pane also does not scroll, and I cannot scroll the left pane by selecting the text.
