Use Beta devtools

What is expected?

There would be some kind of notification about Stable release and Beta not being maintained anymore, so people know to switch.

What is actually happening?

Beta version is not getting updated, stuck using 6.0.0.21. Wouldn't have found out about stable release if I didn't accidentally go to this repo to answer some old issue.

Not sure what do you mean by headway, sorry. For Chrome the extension was last updated in December, I asked other devs I know and no one seemed to be aware of the update.

Already uninstalled. After reinstalling, I only saw a grey dot, even though it was unread. Wasn't very prominent, so I'd probably ignore it. Screenshot 2022-03-08 at 11 46 56

Maybe I saw the red one before, but just assumed it was just another beta update? Hard to say. Or just didn't look that way. 🤷🏻 Either way, this is more just to inform that it doesn't seem like all people know about the update. I'd probably notice the soonest if it was a console log or something. 😅
