feature: Modify the default value of the option `launchEditor`

Description

There is an issue where in team collaboration, due to the different preferences of individual editors, no matter how you specify the value of launchEditor, it will not be completely open the correct editor for each one.

Solution

Guess the editor that has been launched, with this as the default which has a priority over process.env.LAUNCH_EDITOR.
