Can't add apollo using vue-cli

Describe the bug I tried to add Apollo to my current project and I have follow error image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Vue add apollo

Expected behavior Apollo added to the project

Versions Window @vue/cli 4.5.8

Please see https://github.com/vuejs/vue-apollo/issues/1129#issuecomment-906754821 if this may help. Using vue add apollo for vue 3 killed me a day to get over it.
