There's no link to the forum on the main page of http://vuejs.org/ yet.

If you failed to sign up with GitHub - it's most likely because your account doesn't have a public email address. If you make one address public it should work.
BTW, I had trouble when submitting a message. My text entry was partially below the window and I couldn't scroll down to it. I had to type blind.
You should use Discuss instead. It is awesome.

@mark-hahn what browser are you using? It seems to work pretty well for most of us.
Chromebook's chrome browser in a non-maximized window. I have seen other sites have similar problems when in the same situation.
My main motive for bitching was that I love Discuss. :-) Have you ever checked it out? It has a famous creator and is definitely going to be the market leader.

I logged with Github, then deleted my acc, then tried to relog but I cant log in any more. I get logged into the Guest acc of some sort. Can you delete my acc permanently or something so I can retry :) Sorry for the inconvenience.

@swift1 I upgraded the github sign in plugin with a patch for this - can you try again?
It would be great to put a forum link to vue.js index page and top menu....
I just tried to log in to the forum via github and it didn't work, the oauth callback URL doesn't seem to do anything.
