Library Suggestion: vue-input-facade

This library started as a fork of vue-the-mask, as I slowly fixed bugs as i found them, it transformed into its own library since the code base started to slowly diverge from vue the mask.

For anyone landing on here and seen the number of ignored pull requests and bugs, please try this one out. The tokens are largely the same as vue the mask, and features are similar. So migrating shouldn't be too painful.
