时间选择框的范围选择 设置了format 只展示小时和分钟之后 先点击结束时间的话输入框下面的箭头和展示框会分开、显示的位置不正确

先点击结束时间 下方选择框应在结束时间下方

选择时间框应在结束时间下面实际在开始时间下面
