Steps to reproduce

将slider当成视频、音频播放进度条，播放过程中拖拽slider刻度，要求按下鼠标的时候，暂停播放。

What is expected?

期望能重新加上beforeChange

What is actually happening?

slider组件在2.0版本里有一个beforeChange功能和afterChange功能相呼应，一个按下，一个松开，但升级到3.0版本后 beforeChange没有了。
