Yarn not downloading mapbox-gl-style-spec

mapbox-gl-style-spec has been merged into mapbox-gl-js check with: https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-style-spec

i'm not into yarn, don't know how to fix this.

edit: on different OS it compiled without an issue...

Vue admin dependency plotly.js is using mapbox as its dependency... So, we need to wait for it to fix these issue.
