Create Treasure Items

Add an "import" option on the chat dialog for rolls from the treasure table and items table.

This will: (a) create a folder in Items called "Treasure" (if not there already) (b) create coins in batches of 100 (c) create gems and jewellery, and assign a random value (d) create scrolls and assign spells (if cleric) (e) create potions (f) create any other items

Notes: may require a Basic/Expert Treasure option.

Could be included with #64.
