Customizing THAC0

New Feature or Changed Behaviour

Would it be possible to add a tab in the OSE settings that allows us to customize THAC0?

Why?

It gives more versatility to those who use different tables and would close the possible debates on the operation of the same, being able to adjust it each one to taste.
