Generate multiple credentials for API-only users

Hello. I have a user for CI-only tasks and would like to have separate API keys per use case (e.g. one for GitLab webhooks and one for CI purposes). But right now I can't create separate credentials for API-only users. Am I missing something or it's not possible right now?
