Add a file input component

Summary

We need a defined visual for adding file inputs to our forms today. Besides the visual, when we think about user experience, we must also set some patterns.

For example:

• What happens if a user drags and drops a file to the input?
• How can you interact with the component only with the keyboard?

We are constructing an initial version of this in the Identity team, so maybe we can reuse it here.
