We should create a readme on the starters with some best practices and the overall architecture of the store-api layer. This doc should include all the store implementors needs to develop integrations with 3p platforms, like reviews etc.

This layer can include things like that this is a trasform layer only and should not have any state. Also, no database is provided etc etc.
