Trigger UserDataPixel before PageViewPixel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are not capable to link a user to a page in Google Tag Manager, as we can't update a published event. Publishing UserDataPixel before PageViewPixel will help tracking correctly user interaction.

Describe the solution you'd like Just switch line 187 with 188 in https://github.com/vtex-apps/store/blob/master/react/StoreWrapper.js
