[BUG] Shift-enter does not work on mobile

Describe the bug Shift-enter does not create a new note line on iPad

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 0. Ensure "Enhance the Enter key" is on

1. Start a list
2. Hit Shift-enter
3. The behavior is no different than without the plugin installed

Expected behavior A new line without the bullet or number.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: iPadOS 15.7.1
