Export (to HTML) in Same Order as View

Context: We sometimes need to export the list of translation strings (see https://github.com/vslavik/poedit/issues/655#issuecomment-1771175202). Currently, the export (to HTML) does not seem to respect the order set of the view.

I'm aware that these men uitems are under "View".

I just exported the same file twice and unchecked "Entries with errors first" for the second time. The export result was the same.

Feature request: Export as ordered in the view.

Rationale: Often there is a good reason for a certain order. Getting the same export is likely what a user expects and would like to have.
