Yes, when we want this merged we just bump the vscode version since it isn't done automatically.
My earlier comments were automated .
@theol0403 automating all the deps merges is nice, but it's very noisy. Merging every random patch of every dependency, every week, is not necessary. Instead we can "group" things in the dependabot yaml and then there will be fewer dependabot PRs, which we can merge when they accumulate significant updates.
@justinmk Sure we can do that, IIRC we decided not to group them earlier but I'm good with doing that.
@theol0403 cas a quick fix would you consider reducing the frequency of the dependabot auto-merge from 1 week to 4 weeks? This will avoid noisy updates such as "typescript 5.3.3 => 5.3.4". See also https://github.com/vscode-neovim/vscode-neovim/issues/1880
