Cannot activate purchased license

It is not possible to activate the plugin that I have just purchased because there is no “Markdown” section in my settings (Rider). This is probably because the trial of the plugin has expired and the plugin is deactivated. I also cannot activate the plugin in the JetBrains licensing popup that is opened on startup.

I uninstalled and now I can't reinstall it because of this https://github.com/vsch/idea-multimarkdown/issues/918 - bummer!

try to download legacy version from plugin page and install from disk
