Tab moves cursor to before the bullet

@vjpr, from the animation it appears that your Tab list indenting is disabled and the tab indents the line by 4 spaces.

It could also be a bug in determining if the list item can be indented but I am not able to verify this because my code already has some changes to fix bugs.

What is the plugin version you are using? (I am guessing 3.0.xxx.72)
