In some case on my project, I need to get the urls of pictures and replace with new urls. How can I make it?

You should take a look at the flexmark-java-samples module for examples.

Specifically: CustomLinkResolverSample, TokenReplacingPostProcessorSample, NodeInsertingPostProcessorSample have various ways of modifying link urls.

It all depends on what changes you need to make to the URLs.
