@chenshinan, I do not have any plans for DocX to Markdown conversion.

If someone knows DocX and docx4j library then they can get the converter done with some effort.

@chenshinan if your question has been answered, please close this ticket. Adding docx4j while useful, isn't going to be needed by every developer. Most people using flexmark-java want to go from Markdown to another format, so going from another format to Markdown isn't a great fit for this library.
