Bug when wrong fastq encoding entered

When fastqsanger reads were trimmed with fastqillumina specified, the output was only one sequence - a file with four lines. Now, this was behavior of an older scythe version on Galaxy, so it may not hold up for the current scythe, but I'm guessing it hasn't been addressed before. If it has, my apologies!
