It's portable ssds like https://www.amazon.co.uk/Netac-External-Portable-Storage-Compatible/dp/B08BJ1S5CP/ref=sr_1_10?crid=13WGY18HUI6UJ&keywords=ssd%2Bexternal%2Bdrive&qid=1702644275&sprefix=ssd%2Caps%2C147&sr=8-10&th=1 on your app they are greyed out as non writeable
