Since there's no `acs-*-packaging` 7.0.2 nor 7.1.2, the tests for ACS 7.0.x and 7.1.x will not have non-vulnerable Spring libs. Everything else is patched.

Tried to make the fix as clear as possible. Anyway, think this diagram might shed some light. If this solution is approved, then I'll update the JIRA ticket
