Configuration file with allow list

Maybe this feature already exists, but it would be cool if there was a way to specify programs that should never be killed. For me, IceDove (aka Thunderbird) probably gets killed the most. That is usually fine for me, but that might not be alright for some people. I think I recall only one time where I got angry at the choice that bustd made and that was more than a year ago. If the feature already exists, let me know.
