Support for other frameworks

Hey. Thank you for the work you do.

In my project, I use UIBook for system design. Now part of the system is moving to Svelte 3, and I want to use the new components in the proven UIBook.

Maybe we can update UIBook so that it supports other frameworks?

Thank you so much for your encouragement. It means a lot to me! I didn't know that someone uses Uibook :)

I think it would be great to support more frameworks. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Svelte. Moreover, I'm working on configuration simplifying now. So it definitely will take a long time to do :(
