The outdated crate is also linked in the [embedded-hal docs](https://docs.rs/embedded-hal/0.2.5/embedded_hal/index.html#suggested-implementation) and should probably be replaced there as well.
This is a blocker for #197. We can set the `network.dns.localDomains` pref in FF to have multiple different domains resolve to our test server.
