What are the key features`?

Can't find any documentation about the key features of the bridge. Can you pls add one to the readme or at least in the wiki?

As far as I read the code (https://github.com/vrenjith/jira-matter-bridge/blob/b269f764074cf4a9044c244b231fc913f73d29e0/routes/index.js#L167)

Its posts chat messages, when an issue is created, updated or deleted for issues who matches the jpl-query in Jira-Webhook

Is this right?
