[Feature Request] Ignore activity events from specific users

Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for. I have 2 friends that go through an insane amount of avatars almost every time they get on and it's really annoying having the feed and sql db fill up with all that. I would just like a way to have VRCX completely ignore certain types of actions for certain users so that way the feed stays clean.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI. I'm thinking something like this in the user dropdown menu:

then when you click on it, it brings up a UI like this:

Explain why people would want to use it.

So their feeds won't look like this (this goes back to page 3. This is one night lol)
