Add 'Avatar Change' to wrist feed filters / VRCX notifications

Seeing as VRCX's wrist feed and notifications already covers most things from the Feed and Game Logs, figured it'd make sense to include avatar change in there as well. At least for the ones VRCX can see anyway provided someone isn't using a custom profile picture.
