Having too many Text-To-Speech packs installed results in an unusable menu.

Having too many TTS packs installed causes the tts selection dialog to be unusable, taking up the entire vertical space and overflowing off the screen without allowing scroll.

You don't add them to VRCX. TTS packs are installed on a system level.
