[Feature Request] Phone push notifications from Desktop to Phone

Having notifications from VRCX on phone would be amazing. I sometimes am not on computer but I always have my phone with me. I never close VRCX cause I like to see what my friends are doing and maybe join them if they do something fun. Having phone notifications would def be nice for that. I saw feature Request for Android app but that def is really hard..
