Automatically generate CURL examples

Builds upon #154

It is not feasible to expect every committer to in parallel keep the code examples up-to-date. This risks them going outdated/out-of-sync with the specification, leading to two sources of truth and confusion. Ideally they should be possible to automatically generate from the main part of the specification with a script.
