[FEATURE] Remember scroll position in project list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When accessing the management view of multiple projects I always have to scroll back down to the projects I want to manage.

Describe the solution you'd like The scroll position should be saved when returning to the project list to save time when managing multiple projects.
