GetTrackingData origin always returns 0,0,0

In client, on desktop, TrackingData origin is supposed to return the same value as VRCPlayerAPI.GetPosition. Instead, it always returns 0,0,0 in client sim.

it just... frankly, doesnt do this? it properly returns what it should in clientsim. not sure if this was fixed in a PR, but it works completely fine
