any methods to accelerate vmdpy？

My program needs to call VMdpy frequently, and It takes a tremendous amount of time. So I'm wondering whether there is any way to accelerate this process, such as CUDA of GPU, or something like that?

I am looking for same solution, it consumes huge size of memory (even 1 TB for one EEG signal)
