Add 64x64 icons to ALCOM resources

Summary / 概要

This is really small, but would it be possible to add 64x64 icons to the icons folder in ALCOM, as well as the deb packages? Not having them means that there is no visible icon in the KDE menu.

Purpose / 目的

This would fix an issue with the deb package missing an icon in KDE.
