Documentation: pyfasttext vs fasttext

There are some holes in the documentation that would be beneficial to fill for folks starting out with this package (e.g. is there any way to get docstrings available?)

  • Do users need to install fastText separately from pyfasttext?
  • Will installing pyfasttext also install the fastText cmd-line executable?
