Twitter-scraper no longer works

Twitter has disabled it's legacy API, so twitterscraper no longer works.

I see the following PR: taspinar/twitterscraper/pull/302 But I'm not sure if adding Selenium is quite in scope, last I remember - it's a fairly heavy thing.

There's also the following issue: taspinar/twitterscraper/issues/336 Which among others mentions using: twintproject/twint instead.
