weird glitch

umm i download 1.19 version but i opened minecraft and i got this and th textures keep changing and i do not know what i do 2022-07-07_19 42 37

screenshotting debug screen (F3) could be a good place to start, you could also tell us your operating system (windows, mac, linux, etc)
