Render issue with computer craft

I am using Canvas version mc116-1.0.933 with ComputerCraft tweaked for fabric version 1.91.1. There is an issue where it incorrectly renders turtle movement while the mod is installed. What is supposed to happen is that the turtle just moves forward with no weird things happening. However, with canvas, a ghost turtle appears where the turtle is going to move to, and then disappears once the turtle has finished moving. I have provided a picture below of the so-called ghost turtle appearing

it has now been a month and a half since halloween, looks like it's a bug now lmao

While im here, recently updated to canvas version mc116-1.0.1241, encountered another bug with computer craft. Trying to use the terminal of a computer just displays it as a garbled mess with canvas enabled, but when disabled it looks fine

oh, and the ghost turtle problem is still in the new version, too
