Docs: Write tutorial on quantum state antidistinguishability

Much like the tutorials that exist in toqito already (here), we should include a tutorial write-up to demonstrate the ability to investigate quantum state antidistinguishability.

As fodder, I think a good chunk of the content from this talk/notebook could be lifted and included in this write-up.
