StrongVPN修复方法
我这里简单说一下Strong VPN重新连接的方法，我最近同样也连不上Strong VPN，但是我到官网上和客服Live Chat重新连接上了VPN。 因为最近墙被大幅度升级，Strong VPN的服务器有很多也连不上了，Strong VPN被迫启用了一个备用服务器来暂时解决这个问题。这个备用服务器是隐藏的，这意味着你不能在App的服务器列表里找到。方法只有找客服反馈这个问题。
反馈问题的方法在首页中有，如果你实在不会英语，你可以照猫画虎，但我更推荐下面的步骤：
- 根据首页里的内容，修改hosts地址后来到support.strongvpn.com，稍等一会或滚动页面，右下角会弹出一个小按钮，叫作“Help“。
- 点击这个小按钮。
- 等到机器人（Bot）自动发送过消息之后，点击输入框右上角的“Get in touch”按钮。
- 点击Bot自动发送的第一个链接“Live Chat”。
- 在进入的子页面里输入各种信息。Name可以随便填，比如Tom、John、Linda、Susie等等；Email填写你注册购买Strong VPN时使用的邮箱；Choose a department选择StrongVPN Technical Support；Message输入「I'm using the V1 app and I'm in China. There is no server available recently. Can you set up a config for me to make me reconnected to the server?」。输入完成之后点击“Start Chat”按钮。
- 稍等一会，你可能需要排队。如果是，多等一会，直到看到「xxx joined the chat」。
- 这时客服会要求检查你的账号，客服会根据你先前提供的邮箱检查账号是否存在。这一步不需要你提供任何信息。
- 然后客服会给你说一下这么长一段话中其中一段或者全部：
「 Open the Strongvpn app and log out of the app, then close the app Then re open the strongvpn app, log in and connect directly without changing the server. ******Please do not change the server ****** 打开Strong VPN App然后退出登录并关闭程序。 接着重新打开App，登录并直接连接VPN。不要改动任何设置！
If it connects well for you, please do not change your server for 4-5 days and connect just 1 device at a time If you change your current server, the connection might drop again. We understand the inconvenience and hope to prepare a better solution in the next week. 如果连接正常，那么在4-5天内都不要改动设置，直到我们通知你，否则你可能再次无法使用VPN。 注意你一次只能使用一台设备连接VPN，切换设备时无需退出登录，只需断开连接即可。 我们知道给您带来了巨大不便并希望在下周重新给您一个更好的解决方案。
Please note: This fix allows ONE connection at one time only. It will work only with Windows, Mac and Android devices You will have to disconnect from one device (either mobile or computer) in order to connect to another. 请注意： 这个临时的修复一次只允许一个设备进行连接，并只支持Windows、macOS和Android操作系统。你必须断开一个设备的连接才能重新连接另一个设备。 」
