China is aggressively blocking but we have implemented a temporary fix for the connection issues. This fix may/could work in China.
Please follow the steps below:
- Download our legacy V1 App for Windows and Mac via the links below:
Windows: https://mirror3.reliablehosting.com/win/StrongVPN_Win-latest.exe
macOS: https://mirror1.reliablehosting.com/mac/StrongVPN_Mac-latest.dmg
- Log in and connect directly without changing the server. ******Please do not change the server ******
If it does not connect, please try three protocols (PPTP, L2TP, and SSTP)

ios - L2TP: https://strongtech.org/setup-ios-9-l2tp/

Go to "Account setup instructions" - "PPTP/SSTP/L2TP Account Information"
Please be noted: This fix allows ONE connection at one time only. You will have to disconnect from one device (either mobile or computer) in order to connect to another.

- 登录后, 直接进行连接 (请勿修改服务器!!!), 可以尝试 三个(PPTP, L2TP 和 SSTP) 协议
Android 和 ios需要手动建立连接, 下面是设置办法 Android - L2TP: https://strongtech.org/setup-android-5-l2tp/
ios - L2TP: https://strongtech.org/setup-ios-9-l2tp/
您在设置时需要账号信息, 请登录下面的链接获取:

You have no PPTP/L2TP/SSTP accounts 这是表示没有账号，怎么办呢？
这就不清楚了，发邮件找客服设置吧，现在好像不需要这个账号了 ，把注册账号发到这个邮箱，说明问题 [email protected]
