basic auth not fully updating haproxy.cfg

Hi,

Voyager Chart Version: 7.4.0 Voyager Image Version: 8.0.1 (because reasons... :grin: )

When I add an annotation to a service to enable basic auth for that service I can see the haproxy.cfg has been updated to include a userlist but the frontend acl config isn't "requiring" the userlist.

Is it just the annotations that need adding or is there a part that I missed?
