system_uptime structured fact does not sort correctly

the new non legacy fact system_uptime which replaces the legacy fact uptime in puppet 8+ is a structured fact, but does not sort correctly. Presumably 1 field of the structured fact would need to be selected to sort? or make it user selected which sub element of the structured fact is used for sorting?
