Puppet 4 data type changes to pool.pp missing all but one data type

In the recently merged Puppet 4 data type changes from #350, the pool.pp class changes made in abee5c17fd95bf1990fe95904ff9dd8dad7d19fd are missing all but one of it's data type definitions.
